Interculturality and international collaboration

Description: The objective of this module is to raise students’ awareness of the challenges of interculturality and collaboration in an international environment. Students will develop an understanding of how cultural differences influence communication styles, professional practices, and teamwork dynamics. • Analyze the impact of cultural differences on interactions within multicultural teams and international projects.
  • Adapt their communication and behaviour to foster effective collaboration with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
