End-of-studies internship

Description: End-of-study internship, 22 weeks minimum, in a company or research laboratory. The purpose of this internship is to place students in the role of a junior engineer so that they can deepen their professional knowledge and skills. The student must be integrated into a team and placed under the supervision of an engineer. They must participate in team activities with a high degree of initiative and autonomy. During their placement, the student must both address the technical challenges of their work and take the necessary step back to consider the methodological, ethical, and organizational aspects of their work. In particular, they must be able to formalize or rephrase expectations regarding their work and place it within a broader context. The evaluation will take into account these two dimensions as well as the student’s abilities in integration, teamwork, communication, active information seeking, and analysis of training needs.
